Our story
Jack Twomey founded Cloud2Me in 2013 while working for a competing managed hosting provider. He saw the momentum behind cloud IT-as-a-service, but was disillusioned by how established hosts treated their customers.
Frustrated by weak security, inconsistent performance and – above all – poor customer service, Jack set out to do things differently. Cloud2Me was born.
From the dining-table start – worlds away from FTSE 100 firms Jack had worked for – we’ve grown steadily. With care and commitment, that seed of an idea now supports 500+ clients.
Today we specialise in IT hosting for Accountants. We may have a bigger team (and a proper office), but our principles remain the same;

Managing Director / Founder
An engineer by trade and after 10 years in IT working for FTSE100 organisations, decided to switch to an exciting new world, that of “Managed Cloud IT” in 2012. He hasn’t looked back since and saw the niche for a Cloud IT business, with customer service spearheading the business ethos.
James Bowen
Director / Support Desk Technician
A fellow engineer with over 25 years IT experience. Having worked with Jack previously from FTSE100’s and then IRIS software, he fell victim to his charms in 2013. They have been a double act ever since!
Helen Brooks
Head of Commercial
Although she describes herself as ‘non-techy’, Helen brings a wealth of commercial acumen and strategic direction to the business. With a background in marketing and over 20 years of experience in SaaS companies, she combines deep industry insight with a strong focus on growth and customer value. In an unexpected twist, Helen previously worked alongside Jack and James at IRIS software many years ago.
