Our story
Jack Twomey founded Cloud2Me in 2013 whilst he was working for a competing, managed hosting provider. Whilst Jack could see the gathering momentum for “Cloud IT as-a-service”, he was disenchanted with how the established hosting companies were treating customers.
Not happy with many elements such as the internet security, server performance and most of all,customer service, Jack knew there was a better way and so Cloud2Me was born!
Starting off simply, with office space that was nothing more than a home-based dining table; those early days were a big change from the FTSE 100 companies that Jack had previously worked for! But from the seeds of an idea, great things can grow, with care and commitment… Serving as proof; we now host the IT services for over 200+ clients.
Today we specialise in the IT hosting for SME’s, Accountants, MSP’s and Software Vendors. And whilst we’ve now got a few more staff (and an office!), our principles remain the same.

Jack Twomey
Managing Director / Founder
An engineer by trade and after 10 years in IT working for FTSE100 organisations, decided to switch to an exciting new world, that of “Managed Cloud IT” in 2012. He hasn’t looked back since and saw the niche for a Cloud IT business, with customer service spearheading the business ethos.
James Bowen
Director / Support Desk Technician
A fellow engineer with over 25 years IT experience. Having worked with Jack previously from FTSE100’s and then IRIS software, he fell victim to his charms in 2013. They have been a double act ever since!
Helen Brooks
Head of Commercial
By her own admission, a non-techy but that’s not to say she doesn’t contribute a wealth of commercial insight and direction to the business. Helen started her career in marketing and has over 20 years experience working in SaaS based companies. In a strange twist, she also worked at IRIS software with Jack and James, years ago.
